Ok today I took my puppy to the dog park, this one has a large and small dog area.A buddy is a husky crss puppy he's in between sizes, today I chose the big dog area as he needs to be socialized with larger dogs. Everything when ok at first except the fact one jack russle decided to hump my dog constantly. Almost at the end of our visit a doberman puppy who was 5 months( buddy is 31/2 months) kept pinning and roughly biting him( not to draw blood but puppy biting), the owner of the doberman would pull him off then release hhim but he would come back to attack my dog, the owner got peeved that we were in the big dog area, there were many tiny dogs even a pug in that side. Who was wrong? I feel I should have been able to bring him into the large dog area without him being constantlt attacked and her dog has agression issues needing to be trained out plain and simple! buddy is getting too big to be playing with the itty bitty dogs, the owner actually said to me she NEVER took her dog to the park until 4 months, her dog was only a bit bigger then mine .
