Oh wow, that's insane! There are some historic homes in town that are between 400-800k oftentimes. REALLY gorgeous brick in a very, very nice neighborhood (with no HOAs, Mwahaha).
Anyways yeah, ummm, dogs. Kind of my bad, sorry, lol.

We went for a drive in town on Saturday and got to see one that was having an open house. It was sooo nice, and "only" 375k. It was a smaller, still old but not the same style as the nicer ones. Sooo charming. It had such a nice backyard. Lol, the backyard was all grass, which would be great for preventing mud, but our dog rips out grass by the roots and eats it for fun.

My dog, when she was younger, loved to dig, so she had halfway dug out our over 20 m tall douglas fir after that, digging was a big „NO“ , unless it was for mice..
