if we lived somehwere in the country mine would always have theirs on, as i couldnt trust them to stay un the area until trained. Right now mine wont leave the yard at all . Ive tested

Im getting him a reflective collar from elsewhere and he has a coat already.
he needs boots because his paws get so cold
