I think it started off bad because of the saint benard thats across the street.

One of the first dogs to attack Luna and cause her to be fearful of other dogs was a Saint Bernard.

looks and technically they were bred for herding first so temperment as well.

I use to walk our neighbors old saint benard he was so gentle and sweet. But neglected. I gave him water, some scrap food and walked him that was more than he ever got from his owners. Now they have another one who is going on the same path. Along with this one they have a beagle terrier and a hound mix who are neglected. But because they have shelter nothing can be done. I even asked a cop from another county and he said they cant do anything.
The first dog to come at Tucker was a antolian shepherd and they also bad a basset hound mix that came but he wasnt mean.
