Dog thread!🐾

if people want to make a doodle a breed they will probably need to use a name that doesn’t include doodle, it would be very difficult to differentiate between all the poodle mutts and a breed in development thats called a doodle
I know there's one doodle "breed" kinda doing that, but have also heard some crazy things about their contract things...
One of these dog was actually introduced by another member in this thread. "Tamarukes"

Looked tamarukes up, they are 1 breeder it seems. Their website is very similar to all the big puppy mills I have seen

puppies are neutered at 7 weeks old so not a ethical breeder

Yeah, I didn't really think they were, had a family member tell me a lot of crazy stories about them. After doing that post I decided to do a bit more research and came across a really interesting point regarding the ethics of doodle breeding. How do they obtain their orginal purebreds for crossbreeding?

Mostly from bybs. thats one of the issues with doodles the parents of the cross aren’t well bred, thats one of the reasons why they need so many health tests

I was thinking about breeding Fanta but I don’t even if I wanted to think I would be able to find a good quality stud who‘s owner would be willing to breed to a crossbreed

I've never really done the research into doodles, but that doesn't help my opinions on them at all...

Yeah, that would be difficult!

LOOK. I HAVE GIVEN MY REASONS AND IT IS NOT GOING TO CHANGE. I'm done defending my reasons to you if you're just going to keep trying to say I'm in the wrong for not liking your dog in my personal space.

I have seen the damage that dogs can do and have been on the wrong side a couple times as a small child.

I have no doubt that most pet dogs are sweet and loving animals. But when a strange dog suddenly is running towards me and the owner is not able to grab it if needed because they're several feet away and have no hold of the dog, I don't know if this dog is friendly.

How is this any different to a random person you don't know suddenly charging full on in your direction?
Wow! No need to be so defensive.
Here's my dog, not even ducklings are afraid of him.

my dog is a assistance dog in training whether she is vested or not she is working to some extextent.
I always ask whether I can approach or touch a service dog, so I understand what you're saying. My dogs are always working too! Working dog breed are happiest when they're working. I'd make sure to spend the few minutes to put the vest on if it means the difference of a month's worth of work!

My dog does not need to have a vest on, people shouldn’t let their dogs up to other people or their dogs. I don’t think anymore needs to be said about the subject

also taking off and on her gear is not extremely easy for me

Oh those are cute!

I see what you mean with the 7 weeks thing, they're not even old enough to be rehomed at that age in some places!
