It is as him and their yorkie were best friends and after rehoming the cocker spaniel the yorkie has been depressed and his health has significantly declined.

I don’t think there’s anything you can do if they already said they won’t help other than maybe document everything.

Thats what i was thinking. I was thinking about getting everyone of our neighbors plus others that see it to sign like a petition and maybe it will do something.

Tuckers breeder however i didnt meet.

Curious how you got him then if you didn’t meet? They left him in a box or something? or your family picked him up and you didn’t go?
