No he was as a puppy before i got him. He would eat all the food at once and there is 2 dogs in this house. So that wouldnt be good.

oh yeah that's true. I don't think I would be able to free feed Chase if I had another dog

That's good! Chase has had food aggression issues before though. He had big issues with the cats around his food. He is pretty much completely better now, but I don't think he would be fine with another dog.

Chicky, how do you work out how much Tucker gets? Do you calculate it?

Well i have i go off the back of the bag and then calculate calories to his weight. Then the store we get it from has a canine nutritionist so i asked them how much to. He gets 3 cups a day.

Wish I could go back. Pepper is the only dog that can't control herself. Free fed dogs for 40 years. Now I gotta police the food. Not a fan. I do let the rest eat as much dry as they want in the evening.

Random but I checked our paperwork and Brew is due for A TON of stuff in 2025. It’s like at least 4-5 vaccines because two 3 years are up at the same time plus some annuals and stuff. Plus they’ll probably wanna do another heartworm test and/or stool sample. Plus the fees like for the office visit etc. Our bill is gonna be massive this year.

What vaccines?
Vet billbillse crazy expensive compared to what i remembered with our first pup.
I know Denver and Tucker will need a lyme lepto booster. Denver might meed rabies.
A heartworm test for both.
And then the office visit charge.
Our old vet use to charge a office visit and a exam so its cheaper at our vet. And the new vet is better.
