I'm so over summer.

Me too!!! Went on a 40 minute walk and felt like a European boxer when I got back.

Misty did so well at the vet, didn't even end up having to be sedated for anything. Which surprised me cause I honestly did not think she'd stand a blood draw
I think she started getting really stressed after the end of day vacumming started
She's still a very healthy 12 yr old thankfully She does have a bad tooth that needs removal so she gets to have a dental at some point soon.

She's so beautiful. Glad she did okay.

I had my 11 year old in last week for a dental. She had a cracked molar. She is now doing much better and seems to have gotten younger. I hadn't realized how much the tooth was bothering her. I was afraid for her, but she did good. My vet is great. They let me sit with her until it was her turn, and let me pick her up an hour later so she didn't have to spend any time sitting in a cage. She's still traumatized from sitting there all day back when she had her knee repaired.

This is exactly what happened to Luna after her tooth extraction. I thought she stopped doing certain things because of age, but it was her teeth that were bothering her. I was afraid for nothing!

I want her to have a dental now while I know she's still healthy. I didn't want to put it off and land in a hard place where she's dying for a dental but too old to be stable under anaesthetic.

You're vet sounds so good! Mine would let me be involved in Misty's dental if I wanted to (I work there)

There's been a few times lately she's been off her food randomly and since there seems to be nothing else going on with her it might very well be the teeth. Hopefully, it'll help
