Oh wowI just ordered Green-lipped Mussel to add to Luna's food. And an X-ray has been scheduled for her. My vet said she would also X-ray her hips at the same time to check for dysplasia.
Thats amazing. Hopefully he stays that wayBrews been very healthy lol

Yeah there are so many things that are easy to do in ignorance. The way I live with Chase is drastically different than when he was a puppy. I thought I knew stuff but I see now I knew nuttin. I have learned so much, like neutering age and how bad bybs are. Just live and learn. I’m sorry about your pyrOur last dog had issues I think around like 4-5 years old. I think he tore something or else sprained it and then he got better but then worse again. He later died at like 6 1/2 from suspected MMM, an autoimmune disease. But we also neutered him WAY too early, at like 3 or 4 months old, I think 4 months, because he was humping everything and our vet at the time said he was plenty big enough. Which, technically he was, considering he was a Pyrenees mix, but still. I regret it every day even though it wasn’t really my decision then as he was a family dog. But I think it caused A LOT if not all of his problems. That and being BYB. My family regrets it too I’m pretty sure. That’s a huge reason why with Brewster I waited until he was over 2 years old. That and the fact that I had done a lot more research in between then and now and Brewster is actually MY dog so I got to decide. LOL but that way, he was done growing and, hopefully, won’t have the same issues. Even though he’s a lot smaller LOL but still. I think it helped. Even though the new vet recommended 6 months due to his breeds. I chose to WAIT and they were okay with that thankfully. LOL
Oh no!Well, as of this morning I'm thinking about bringing Wizard's vet appointment forward, to tomorrow. He has developed a cough for some reason...
