He's developed a lump/inflamed lymph node or salivary gland. I'm planning to have a chat with his regular vet first to try and work out if we should do more cytology first or go for histopathology.

Oh no. Dorie had an inflamed salivary gland once. I think she got hit in the neck while playing with Luna. The swelling went away without any major procedure. I hope Wizard's isn't serious.
