Oh my, but she was pitiful at the vet. They are all smitten with her now.

Apparently they lay them on a mat on the floor after surgery until they wake up. Most dogs take a while to get moving. Apparently Lucy went from conked out to up and leaning against the vet tech. "Love me! I need love.". When they walked her in she was listing to one side and just droopy. She was so pitiful! I had to hold on to her harness all the way home to keep her from toppling over. I kept sneaking peeks at her and she had her eyes almost closed and was essentially stoned. HA! Poor baby!

I figure she'll be back at 'em by tomorrow. I'll just enjoy the pitiful, sleepy dog while I've got her.

Yeah, Dodger still is eyeing Lucy with a great deal of suspicion. The other cats aren't spooked, but Dodger is wondering what they did with his dog.

Lucy is moving better this morning, but clearly doesn't feel good. She hasn't eaten anything since Monday night. I'm wondering if an aspirin is in order. I really don't want to go to work today! She's still pitiful!

I was reading through the thread and then came to the pics and was oogling at how cute she looked with her ears taped...then I saw your cat. From the side view it looks exactly like a stray that showed up here a few months ago! He is unusual looking to I was surprised to see one so similar!! Is yours a shd? Because I think ours must have siamese in him.

Here he is, not a great view but from the side, they look alot alike!
