Dogs are itchy, taking to vet, Paramite Dip question

Yep my vet is a good sleuth, at least for us she is, I am expecting blood work tomorrow. She is worth the money though so are the dogs I'm just not wanting a huge bill tomorrow, but expecting it will be like usual. It is almost starting to feel like I am making a monthly tithe to her office.
Mention bacteria infection in the blood...she what she says!

I need to dig for my paperwork but if I remember correctly we ended up having to go through two or three different kinds antibiotics to cure it.

After having lived in the EU for about 10 years I trust an EU pharma manufacturer to produce a much better product than an american one. They simply have better regulation there.
After having worked in the pharm manufacturing (both human and animal) industry for 20 years, I can tell you that EU has less stringent approval and manufacturing regulations, which no doubt affects pricing. Most pharm companies operate globally.

So you lived in Puerto Rico? That is where the majority of the Us manufacturing base is for tax avoidance. Just yanking ya!

I just trust the French and the German's to have much higher standards than our own industry captured FDA, and USDA, German regulator's love "schadenfreude" other's misery really make's their day!

I believe that most pharm companies have manufacturing in many countries,
but regs also affect where sales can be made all over the world.

Ok back from the vets office she found no obvious evidence of sacrophytic mange(so no reason to scrape), ruled out C. mange since these are three healthy older dogs she has followed for years. She also agrees 3/3 dogs with similar symptoms and our 2 months since last Topspotting probably should be ruled in as the cause so we will treat them today and then monitor. We also gave the neighbor enough to treat his three unvetted dogs who sometimes come under the fence to be pinned down by mine to hopefully remove that vector of potential transmission.

EDIT- OH, and praise whatever entity you worship this visit was only $40- woohoo!

What...I'm confused.
So what is wrong with them?

Potentially they picked up a random mite from contact with my neighbors dog. We will put Advantix II on them tonight and monitor for the next week or so. Was what our vet recommended. She didn't find any crusties or lesions to "scrape" and test. She is ruling out both types of mange and allergic reactions.
