Dogs Sick??

I have two American bulldog puppies...just this morning they started get sick and pooping a lot...well a few days ago my brother dropped a bit of pig food and the puppies ate it...I was wondering if the pig food could be causing this sickness? Reply Quickly Thx!

Possibly - have they been vaccinated for Coronavirus and Parvovirus? Does the stool have a particularly noxious odor, and does it contain blood?
