Here's the list:
Tuesday, Dec 18, is Day Five for these:

3 Barred Rock (one is a fertility test, one a fertility re-test)
8 Blue Orpington
3 Blue Orp/Buff Brahma (hey, everybody else has 'em!)
1 Blue Orp/Lt. Brahma (fertility test again for Miranda)

Tuesday, Dec 18, is Day Two for these:

4 Blue Orpingtons
11 Barred Rocks (10 are from helmstead's flock)
2 Ameraucanas

For a grand total of 32 eggs, although several I do not expect to be fertile. I need the Orpingtons and Barred Rocks the most, my main two breeds. I'll be incubating some Welsummers, Blue Laced Red Wyandottes and Blue Orps from a completely different line in the spring, possibly also some Buff Orps from Jody, as well.

No, Henry, I won't be breeding them, just hatching a few dark egg layers for the flock. Of course, I said, no I won't be breeding Ameraucanas, just getting some blue egg layers for the flock. We all know how that turned out, LOL.
