I think no. I could be wrong but that comb seems off. Still a good looking rooster tho.

I would say he is not. He doesn’t look like it at all to me, but thats my opinion

Also, his topline is incorrect for a Dom. He should be "U" shaped. Let's ask @cherrynberry and @EmmaRainboe if they can identify him.

I don’t know too much about the SOP, but he has a rose comb.right color legs, and what looks to be decent barring, so I can tell you he definitely isn’t bad
