Well, my little weirdo just beat all my other pullets on laying, she's super smart too went right to the nest box. Her egg song though starts out normal but the end sounds like a stereotypical nerd laugh. That's just the best thing ever! The woman who didn't want her anymore totally missed the boat.

Perhaps her aggression toward the other birds was b/c of her active hormones. LOL You'll have to get her egg song on video sometime. I have a friend with a Sebright that lets out mini crows after laying an egg. It's hilarious.
Boys take a while to finally get a tail growing. The girls get nice teepee tails by 3-4 months. Even my little one-month Dom chicklet pullets already have nicely forming teepee tails. The boys take much longer to get their beautiful pointy tails grown in.
