My hatch was a bust AGAIN!! I only had one DOM hatch, A little boy.

I am changing roosters this week. I have one I was going to cull that grew into a nice looking young man.

about 12 weeks
Her face was nice & pale, so I pretty much knew she was a pullet. She looked like this up until a couple weeks before laying.

My first lot of 2018 moving out to barn. Five are about 3 weeks old and seven are about 2 weeks old, plus a couple game chicks. Another batch of nine is in brooder with another 11 expected to hatch in next 48 hours and about eight to hatch a week later. Shooting for a 100 chicks from three hens with youngest at 3 years of age.

eh... sorry about that. I hope the next hatch is better for ya.

I just sorted out my breeds last week... so I have a few weeks to go before the eggs are pure.

Can you pick out the American Dominiques in this mess. Nine are American Doms. The balance are Missouri Doms and American Games.
