Don’t tell my husband, we’re getting pigeons.

She's not kidding! :gig
It's almost warm enough to start going to the beach again this year. I'm thinking I'm going to bring the fake dogs little carrying cage with me.... See if I can trick a few birds to get in it.

They’re shipping out tomorrow y’all.

I’m NOT DONE WITH MY LOFT.

Talk about motivation. The temporary cage will house them for a little while but I would like to get them into their permanent quarters soon. Especially because I’d like babies.

Fifteen years without them and here they come.

Oh.

And I haven’t picked up feed yet.

I hope the weather is nice tomorrow so you can get outside and work.

@Texas Kiki

You going armed with a net? A tarp? A shirt cannon redesigned to net an entire flock? Curious how you’re planning on catching ferals.
I have no clue.
I don't think I could really do it, I'd be too scared of getting caught stealing birds from the beach.
But if I really were going to do it I was hoping I could just toss some food in the cage and they would walk in.

They practically eat out of my hand when I go to visit.

I know you will keep your flock of pigeons AS IS. :thumbsup
As well as the flock in the parking lot.
Why burden yourself with extra cages and lofts.:idunno:old
Besides,,,,,, any extra seeds on the ground will be consumed by the end of that day. :thumbsup

This is thrilling! Those are gorgeous birds. What kind are they?
