Don't anti hawk CDs, flash tape or pie tins scare chickens too?

I had wondered this but hadn't looked to see if there was a post yet. I think of it when I am away from the comp and when I get on here I forget...old age ya know

yes, the flashing is not the same as putting up a plastic fox or owl that any predator can eventually 'figure out'. i at least have heard--fwiw--that it is the flashing/moving flashing that 'disturbs' them and keeps them away...............
