These aren't the best pictures but do these look like Roos? The others I have are super obvious but they are not as colorful and tails are much shorter than the other Roos. However, their combs and waddles are twice the size of my three pullets.

How about this? The blue one on the left is in question. Mom is a white polish. Dad is Welsummer. I have two that the kids hatched hatched like this, but have no idea what sex they are. Sixish weeks.

Yes, all the ones with the large red combs are cockerels. There are a couple of pullets in one picture.
