I have two Cochins. They are 7 weeks old. One is slightly larger than the other, can you give your opinion on pullet or cockerel? I know it's too early but I already have an Ancona cockerel so I may need to get rid of him if he turns out to be a cockerel:(
Pardon the BlueKote...they were pecking the heck out of each other's tails...

That's a cockerel. Far too much wattle development for a 7 week pullet.

Ok, after reading for some time, these are my first posts here. I have eight 4 week to I am guessing) 7 week old chicks to identify and gender. They are either Olive Eggers (Amerucana hen x black copper maran roo) or 1st import line Isbars. I would so appreciate the help! Some pictures were take a few days apart.
Here is #1. OE or Isbar. Roo, right?

#2 is clearly a roo. When I first got him he was solid color medium grey, and larger than the rest. Clean legs. Marks in feathers have me confused. Isbar or OE?

Here is #3 I am thinking OE and pullet? Thoughts? Sorry for not having a better comb pic. No pink and small comb. Feathered legs

#5. I think this might be a splash Isbar? Not sure on hen or roo. Smaller than others. Sometimes the little comb looks slightly pink. Thoughts breed and gender?
