I have a few....

Pic 1 is the polish

Pic 2 has two Brahmas

Pic 3 is an easter egger

Pic 4 is another easter egger

Pic 5 is another (blind) polish.

I think they are all hens but not sure as I am still learning this. I have 4 roosters already and am hoping for a few egg layers!

I think they are 11-12 weeks old...

Both brahmas and your first polish are definitely pullets. The first EE looks like a pullet, but I'm not completely sure, and for the second EE, I'm leaning towards cockerel because of the long, curvy feathers coming in at the base of the tail. For the blind polish, though, I'm leaning towards pullet, but I'm no expert on sexing polish, so I could be wrong

The two that you uploaded are both cockerels, one buff orpington and the other could be a hatchery-quality Rhode Island Red
