don't know what is up with my hen

I have a year and three month old Columbian Rock hen who has a slightly poopy bottom, but also a strip with zero feathers running from about half an inch from her vent, and about two inches and a half long. Not a serious concern, but I would like to know why this is happening.

Can you post a pic of this area?
Have you ever treated for worms/had her poop checked by a vet?
Have you checked for lice and mites?

fecal test would be the first thing I recommend.
Worms can kill.
