Don't know what to do, please help!

Hello.
My sister discovered one of her hens standing in the same spot next to the water dispenser everytime she checked in on her.
We started reading on what it could be, and she asked her group on FB that said it was probably Sour Crop. (im hoping this is the right name in english!)

As instructed, she took the hen out and put her in a cage alone and gave her nothing but water for 12 hours hoping it would solve itself,
but it did not.
She then gave her some food oil but it doesnt seem to help any either.
We are now starting to get pretty anxious since we dont know what to do to help her..
Hoping maybe someone here could try make sense of what type of Crop issue it could be? Since we understand there are multiple different types. And different treatments..

Heres information!
• The hen is about 1.5years old,
• Has just started molting (know this could be why she's exchausted, but that shouldnt affect the crop, right?)
• Was just broody for a couple weeks.
• She doesnt want water or food.
• Her crop feels doughy.
• Tried to feel her abdomen and it feels pretty big and soft.. bad sign?
• She has diarreah.
• Do not smell anything bad from her beak..

Please help!

Some hens may suffer a slow crop due to a reproductive disorder, such as internal laying or water belly. Do you smell a bad odor when you touch her crop? Since her crop is doughy, you want to give her lots of water, and never withhold water. Massage her crop several times a day, giving some chilled coconut oil cut into small pieces to peck (about a tsp daily.) If you would like to learn to tube feed her, water can be given in large amounts. Feed her watery chicken feed, plain yogurt for probiotics, and a little scrambled egg. No whole grains or seeds at this time. Hopefully it will dissolve and soften and move along.

Usually you'll smell something when it's sour crop. Try to give her an Epson bath and a Tumms. I'm thinking she might be egg bound.

Nope, she doesnt smell bad at all so we are hoping doing what you suggested will help! Thank you so much!
