I have a husband that is currently still in the country of Iran which I married to when I last went there. I have already done the immigration papers for him to come to america and have sent them in. It's already probably like more than 6 months and it's supposed to be already be approved within the 6 months limit as I really don't know how long does it take for immigration papers to be ready and approved. I'm getting quite sick and tired of my husband asking when the immigration papers will be done and I've kept telling him that I don't know when it'll be done. After I tell him that he responds to me with anger telling me that in 2 months if the immigration papers that he'll divorce me. I really love my husband but it's just that he doesn't understand that he has to wait. It just puts me in a not so good mood that I lose my appetite for months or weeks because of this

Yes he is an Iranian Esfahani and we've seen each other for 3 or 4 weeks before I got married to him

Not so long to know someone. If he will divorce because it is taking to much time...maybe he is not Mr. Right after all.

I think I would begin to ask him how quickly can he get those papers to you.

Count me in on this sentiment! Sounds like he's using you to get legal! Run as far away from him as you can get, and go as fast as you can.

I don't want to divorce him at all since I honestly love him if only I knew there was a faster way for him to come to the US...

I agree, something seems awfully fishy... this may be the wrong thing to say but there are so many cases of people getting married just to gain citizenship into another country. Not saying this is your situation but it may be something to be careful about. I sincerely hope I didn't offend you but your situation seems concerning.

Sometimes love will only get you so far and it must go both ways. If he is using you just to get into the Us, that is not love that is ???, but not love.
Since you have not known this man long, do you think it is possible he is only using you for immigration purposes?
