I bought eggs over the weekend, hoping that both orders would arrive today. Wouldn't you know it, only one set arrived today (holiday season delays, I'm sure.) I'm going to delay setting them until tomorrow night in hopes the other set will arrive tomorrow, and i can put them both in at the same time. I thought I remembered reading somewhere that it is better to store hatching eggs in the refrigerator instead of keeping them at room temperature, but now I can't find the article and I can't find anything on here about that. Is this true? Also, I need to turn the eggs a few times a day, too, right?
