Ah. Got it. I'm German, so crying is something I reserve for existential meltdowns, not DOMS.
I don't necessarily do "arms" day. I do PPL, which stands for "Push, Pull, Legs". They target different muscle groups, in a spread out and reasonable fashion, so that I'm not completely trashed for regular functionality throughout the day. Although, rubber legs post leg day is real. Getting out of the car those days is a chore.
Day 1 Pull:
Deadlift, 5x5 160lbs
Chin ups [Mach. assist] 5x10
Cable seated row 25lbs 3x10
Cable face pulls 25lbs 5x20
DB Hammer Curls 10lbs 4x12
DB Bicep Curls 10lbs 4x12
