I did it! One set of twenty, and I did a full body circuit. I alternated between 5 and 8 pound weights, I lift tons of stuff all day long and I start my day off hauling goats to the milk stand at 7:00 (I've been waking up at 6😩), so I figured a body circuit was something I could stand.

The kitten kept bugging me the whole time though...when I did my dead leg lift she was grabbing my shirt and throwing me off balance. She's lucky I didn't fall and crack my head on the dresser. She will be thrown to the children next time I do this!
I don't care about any regular everyday stuff.
None of that matters here.

The only thing that matters is extra.
 
I feel like I should mention the benefit of hiring a personal trainer, at least a few times, so that they can assist you with proper form. Form is important when lifting, especially if your goal is strength and not endurance. Building strength requires high weight, low reps, and it is incredibly easy to injure yourself, sometimes irreparably, by lifting with poor form.

20 km bike ride this morning
Kyaked around the pond 4 times 2 slow (treating for algae, lol) 2 fast this afternoon
This evening:
200 double unders
3 x 10 overhead press with an empty bar
1 x 10 military press (feeling out the shoulder)
(45lbs) 😭 my shoulder is crunchy but ok
4 x 10 deadlifts at 145lbs warmed up with empty bar 😭😭
30 seconds of leg raises, 30 seconds of Russian twists, 30 seconds of sit ups
Finished with a 10 minute yoga video.

I feel like I'm in kindergarten, but I'm hoping to skip a few grades. 😭😭😭
