For me the forever thing is usually worse cause then I feel like I’m missing out/start freaking out over the NEVER part and go binge the shizzle when I break :oops: for me I feel like it’s better to allow myself one tiny piece rather than saying I can NEVER ever have something EVER again cause then I start freaking TF out haha but then again I can’t do tiny so maybe I should start doing forever with certain things. Idk.
You are describing the fabled Cheat Day. You must allow yourself a day per week at minimum to just ... not. To have a beer. To eat those fried cheese curds. To sit on your ass and play playstation. It is allowed!

Squats can actually damage your pelvic floor, along with Deads. My doctor does not like my lifting routine. But he mostly sees women who haul bails of hay without thinking about the long term consequences. Kegels strengthen the pelvic floor. I'm in physical therapy for that right now. :(
