My favorite thing to do is to pick one really nice treat that you can have every day and maybe modify it a little bit. For me it's coffee, I used to not drink it but I changed that once I went on keto. I sweeten it with half a teaspoon of apple sugar (equal to one tsp regular sugar) and a little bit of hazelnut syrup, also I add in a lot of fresh goat milk cream. It's so satisfying, I don't feel deprived anymore and it's not gonna kill me to have a coffee. I also drink the organic stuff cuz the non organic stuff is terrible for ya.
