I don't care if you do 20 at once or if it takes you all day to do 20 just do 20.

I recognize that Popsugar fitness gal in top photos - they have some good 5,10 &15 min exercise programs almost anyone can do. I also have a back excercise app that guides you thru the PT like exercises and lets you pick the level you can do that day - even if in constant pain.
 
Oh true!! I didn’t even think of that. But I don’t think I could kill anyone even if they were attacking me 🤣😭🙈 maybe I could shoot a leg or shoulder or something though. But it doesn’t really matter anyway cause the laws are super strict here and you have to prove you have good cause to get a CCW which they’re very specific about. Plus I don’t own a gun anyway. Although they are super strict with even pepper spray too. You don’t need a permit anymore (you used to) but you still can’t get it shipped here from like online or anything 🙄🤚

Does swimming your way through the atmosphere in order to get to the chicken coop/mail box/pick tomatoes/take tomato peelings to the coop/ constitute a work out? It should. I've just sweated through my clothes like I ran a marathon.

I know. Horses sweat, ladies perspire but in reality, nope, I'm not a horse but I SWEAT!
