This is mostly mental. Exercise and stay hydrated. You will slowly get stronger.

Excessive blood sugar can throw lots of other things out of whack. Get the blood glucose levels into control first.
Thanks again! This all makes a lot of sense! I’ve always been bad about the mental part of things so definitely need to work on that! In lots of areas.
 
Dehydration which goes hand in hand with high blood sugar can cause most of the symptoms that you complain about.
Hmm interesting! It’s weird though because when I do eat I feel better usually (though not always) so I wouldn’t think it would be that necessarily but then maybe food has moisture in it. I do think I’m dehydrated though despite trying not to be now because I often forget to drink for hours and hours still 😬:oops: it’s weird because some days I’ll drink tons and then others I will barely drink at all and forget to until my lips and stuff are dry. So therefore I doubt it balances out. I’m like constantly thirsty and/or peeing too 😭

Yeah I need to be better about water. I do drink it every day but not nearly enough. Like sometimes it’s only one or two small glasses for the entire day. Others I chug like a liter. So idk. I need to set a reminder on my phone or something so I remember to. Or actually I think the Fitbit has a water tracker thingy.

You should chug more like two liters.
