I’m setting my January goal to drop 25#!!!! My max for a single month challenge is 15# and it was spring time so it was a bit harder to stay on track all the way through

Since stating the Bydureon BCise as part of my diabetes regimen back in June I have lost a total of 14 pounds. I’m still losing slowly but by exercising I’m adding muscle tone and losing inches in the right places.

I’m hoping it won’t be as difficult….it’s a matter of increasing water, balancing macros with healthy choices, portion control, 1hr exercise 6 days/week and avoiding alcohol. I managed to maintain for 3 years last time but then 2020 and 2021 happened

I'm thinking of making walking paths along some fencelines. I'd have to clear the stickers out of those areas (I want to be able to walk the dogs there) and it would probably not be right at the fencelines since they catch the tumbleweeds or other sticker seeds. I need to relocate some of the interior fencing also. That is a long term project I think but worthwhile for many reasons.

I play catch and release with the tumbleweeds. When they hang up on my fence I help them over the fence and on their way.

There was a time when I was eating as much as I wanted of whatever I wanted and was losing 5 lbs. every week. I don't recommend my method to anyone.
