No. You have a Fitbit. One app is enough. Do not get all nutty. Less is more.I used to have an app called Couch to 5K that was really great and I think they have a 10K version too but I didn’t use them and deleted them. Maybe I’ll have to download again though! Although if you’re in really bad shape, may be best to start just walking for a bit first before adding the running. I’m not sure. But yeah. I think I’m gonna get the app again.

I have not but I will this evening.
I am thinking I will start my day tomorrow with a quick workout and get it over with for the day....that way tomorrow evening what ever I do will be extra.
