You can use a can of soup.
I don't care if you do 20 at once or if it takes you all day to do 20 just do 20.

another way to go about this that is more balanced would be HIIT training. this is where you do as many reps of these as possible in 30 secs alternated with 30 sec of cardio like jump rope, hula hoop, squats etc. usually 3 30 sec circuits of each excercise.Day 1.
