You need a more stable platform then your bed young lady!! Get yourself a cheap yoga mat from Walmart and throw it on your floor to do these. An unstable platform is a good way to bum your hip up again. Tisk tisk
 
Oh gawd y'all! I have finished half of my personalized inner thigh workout, I will finish when I do arms tonight.

  1. Lateral lunges, 30 seconds each side as many as I could stand.
  2. Sumo squats, for one minute.
  3. Side plank with hip flexation, 30 seconds each side.
  4. Copenhagen hip adduction, 10 seconds twice for each side.
I am saving cossack squats, side-lying hip adduction, and lateral slide outs for later. This is so intense!
