Well let's see. It reached 96° here today. Excessive heat warning.
Got up at 5:30 went to work. That was late for me.
Worked a work day. Doing manual stuff. I don't do lunch breaks so all work with a couple 15 minute breaks.
Came home. That's a total of 40 to 45 minutes driving so sit down time.
First hour home made the boys lunch and cooked and ate 2 1/4 lb hamburgers. My food intake for the day unless I find a snack before bed.
Worked out doors doing chores and more manual stuff until 15 minutes ago as it's getting dark.
It's hot so took several 5 or 10 minute breaks.
Probably another hours worth.
I didn't find time to do any exercises.
For the ones that say BS you can always make 10 minutes to exercise come hang and do stuff with the Moony and during one of our breaks well do some leg lifts or something.
