Tonight I did my arms & chest valve exercises for a few hrs.
I did I think fri before work.
Did sets of conans for 30 seconds. Played with the dumbells. Then one final Conan with the entire intent to go till I looked like I was hit with a nerve agent.

At work it was way extra. Plant shutdown and a body beat down. Still sore.

Sunday just went to church, built a HD waterproof pool timer,, and sat on the porch with the wife watching the rain.

This morn got up at 430 for work. Still here.

I've already been teased. Called Freddie and another guy came walkin by singing "I like to ride my bicycle I like to ride my bike"

Oh yeah the elevator has been out all day so stairs is it. 12 floors and the basement. A floor here probably averages 15' tall.
Been to 12 once. 10 twice. Idk basement to 5th and everything in between 20 times. It's been leg day.

Yes best to skip those butt exercises at work, but good job on the bike.

I was a little... overzealous with the butt exercises trying to match her pace, etc. and today struggled with a sore lower back during my typical exercise routine. So later today my extra is going to be "active recovery" while reminding myself not to try to keep up with a twenty something Pilates instructor :)
 
Offed a bird (not Tourettes), carried her carcass three minutes into the woods, carried the 1-pound(ish) bucket three minutes back, then rinsed the area with about ten gallons of water carried in two trips in the same bucket.
I got some feathers out of it, though.
