Failed yesterday, I didn't get on the bike. I felt so sore that just walking was all the workout I could do. I even tried stretches but my core, arms and legs were protesting too much.

Try some cossack squats y'all, then maybe I won't be alone. Also those planky dumbbell things, they really did a number on my core and arms, but it actually wasn't too hard to do them.

What are planky dumbbell things?
I hate planks but dumbbell sounds hard/good/quick.
I prefer short, quick slight harder workouts.
 
The mini and I both took a quick really hard spin on the bike just before we walked out the door.

This is a planky dumbbell thing. It's awesome because your core is supposed to rotatate and keep you balanced and whatnot and this makes your core do what it's supposed to do. I never feel like I'm getting much of a workout when I do planks, I also feel like my back tends to sag because I'm not doing anything with my core except for squeezing it. When I do a planky dumbbell thing I feel both sides of my core engaging and balancing me when I go back and forth between arms. An added bonus is that you have to use a bigger weight to keep your knuckles off the ground, so when I pull the weight up over and over I actually feel a burn.

Ohhh, I love those! Although if I’m gonna start looking like that last image I will stop.
