I went to look at the hand weights...at Target today.
What are they called dumbbells?
I almost walked out with a pair of 3 pounders but I did it to buy them.
I'm going to check on Amazon right now to see if I can get them cheaper.
Actually I think I saw a set on Amazon the other day when I was looking for just a little more than I can buy two hand weights for at Target.
The set was three different weights.
2 lb 3 lb and 5 lb.

You'd be amazed at the weights at Goodwill. Barely used. A lot right after the New Year's Resolutions wear off and reality set in. Good deals too.

I've gotten rid of a pile that the kids and Crazy Lady SWORE they were going to use.

I'm going to continue to use my 5 pounders but I would like some 3-pounder so I don't have to cheat.
Although I did 10 of the movements that are the hardest for me with the 5 lb weights and I did not cheat.

My sister got a legit set from Dick's for $50. Set of three different weights, 3,5,8

@Kiki you could also try garage sales if the Salvation Army or Goodwill don't have them. I got my 10,12, and 15's at a garage sale

Muddy I think I know why you couldn't hoop.
I started hooping after getting out of the pool and had been sunbathing with oil..rofl. it was slippery.
