Dip them in boiling water for a few quick seconds...is what I think.So, you could stick a chicken in the dish washer, turn the water temp up high and hit the pre rinse function... and scald them that way too right?
Thats what the scalder kind of is right, a box with water spraying around to scald them at 140 degrees or what you have it set at? or am I missing something.
