You are my hero!!! That is amazing. Anything is possible if you have a goal and the desire to never give up.I am so happy you all are doing your best to stay fit and healthy. We have always eaten VERY healthy. The house rule we try to stick to is,
no flour, fried, sugar( including juice), dairy, processed.
Cook fresh, eat fresh, and dont take in more than you burn
We do a lot of walking ( our 2 BIG dogs) when we arnt working out, outside in our forest gym. Tree cutting/splitting & stacking wood- clearing brush etc...........
Last June in a 4 day span, total labor was about 16 hours. With my EGO hedge trimmer- I by myself - cleared this section. It is all on a slope and the brush was as tall and some taller than me. And I did on the last day,, day 5 a big burn pile. From May 18 to June 18 I lost 10lbs. Each day was a wringing wet sweat, non stop work on the longest day was 6 hours. This did a metabolism reset, I went from 160 to 150 and working on the next 10 now.
My drive was if a 60yr old man can tend to his property so can a 60yr old woman, I can and I will, OoRha !
My point, when you think,
AHhhh I cant do one more_____ DO IT, push it, what ever it is and how ever you choose to do it/be fit, just do it, move,
and most of all hydrate hydrate hydrate- drink in more than you are sweating
Costco sells liquid IV- great stuff,
Again, Great work you ALL are doing, proud of you!
