Did my extra today. It wasn't a real workout, but carrying 50lb bags of feed uphill is as good as it gets on such a busy day.

I will never eat a whole bag of riced cauliflower at night again.

I constantly woke up that night with this weird pain that I never experienced before.
After some googling I'm convinced it was the cauliflower.

If cauliflower or broccoli isn't cooked to death I can't digest it. The cauliflower rice hasn't killed me yet but I always cook it until it loses its crunch.

Had knee pain while squatting this am so added some gentle stretches to the end of my session.
Glad the next block is deload (still high reps but much lower weight), feels like the timing is right
