Extra done for Sunday. Last few days have been short leg workouts. I've been a lot more busy this week.

I barely squeezed in a whimpy "extra" yesterday. I did glutes on Friday and Saturday, been stuck in the car. I'm thinking I'll pull out my simply fit board and DVDs, those workouts always left me barely able to walk.
I forgot I have the knock off board, I actually didn't realize there were choreographed exercise videos to go along! Seems obvious in retrospect, and I wonder what the heck I did with the thing 🤔
