Funny you say this cause I actually saw her other post mentioning the diets earlier today and was going to say that I was going to look into them for myself even just for ideas but then I forgot to say it hahah but yeah.
You don't have to stock to a diet.
You have to eliminate some crap or a lot of crap and your new eating routine will be better.

One thing a day.
Eliminate one add one.

Now we are relaxing channel surfing and watching the FBI show and the Voice Finale.
Dribble is snoozing…looks like road kill doesn’t he!

I I haven't been very good about keeping up with the show either but I did see on the morning news who won.

Someone is right. ⬆️⬆️

I messed u my routine for this thread and the tattle sheet. I didn't actually quit quit.
Keeks isn't a real quitter.

I'm going to have to start a new thread so I can stay on top of tattle sheeting.
I'm thinking I'll do it just after Christmas for the new year.
I don't really care about ticks anymore - I just come here for the encouragement to keep going!

That is part of the idea of the Mayo Clinic diet books - forming habits that replace bad habits - they have a diet journal that helps you track and form 5 new habits in 3 different categories (if I remember correctly). Mayo Clinic diet books should be in your library and you can even get the journal for maybe $4-$5 as a "used" book at thrift books or other secondhand online sellers. Mayo Clinic diet book has a regular and diabetic diet book based on the same principles.

Replacing a coffee habit... slowly...
I started forcing myself to drink tea instead of coffee (after my first 2 cups...lol) since I don't have to add bad stuff to tea. One day I'll try to switch completely - for now baby steps in that direction.

Good ideas! I wonder if the library has them maybe. And I need to work on sugar mostly as well as caffeine and dairy mostly butter and cheese 😂🙈

Eliminate the sugar right now. There are substitutes. No honey is not an acceptable substitute since it too is sugar.
Yeah I just got my test results back the other day and it scared me into changing so I’ve been working on it. What are some good substitutes for it? I honestly didn’t even think of using substitutes and instead have just been miserable and choking down stuff like grainy runny PB 😂🤣

Stevia or monk fruit.
Honey isn't a sugar free substitute but I love using it because it's healthier. Everything in moderation, if your not binging on honey it's not going to kill you.
