Don't believe everything these whackos write. Trans fats are bad.
I like to think of it this way….if food was created in a factory bad….if you can’t pronounce it….bad….if it can survive on your shelf for years…probably not the best for your body.

Our bodies are miracles to be able to filter the crap we put into them. Too much refined food is not good for you. I understand the reasoning of convenience, but if your life is moving so fast that you have no room to eat real food…perhaps you should re-evaluate your priorities. I have no room to talk when I have a few pounds to shed, but adage of you are what you eat is very true.

Not very logical.
What is not logical ? My point is the processing of food to stabilize it on a shelf for extended life or create factory food that forces your body to process some of food product likely not the best. I’m not trying to judge, but if you look at the carts of people in the grocery store, the more highly processed the packages of food, like freezer meals, also carry health issues.

Some people do the best they can or are unable to prepare good meals….others, simply dont want to be bothered.

Stress and sweat can lead to a break through candid yeast bloom on surface skin.
Depending on the location you can try topical treatments like Sea Breeze, Witch Hazel or Butenafine Hydrochloride 1% ointment found at your local pharmacy.
Or you might need to get a prescription for Hydrocortisone ointment.

My extra today was cooking and hand beating the Aunt Bill’s candy.

Went to the doc and he said nothing topical would help because it's my body releasing too much histamine for some reason. So, I've doubled up on the antihistamine, I'm taking two Pepcid's a day(histamine 2 blockers) and he put me on Prednisone. Hives are finally going away!
And that looks delish by the way!
