Wow I’m sorry to hear that granny It’s such an awful feeling when that happens, I was heart broken when a fox cleared me out a few years ago.

I think I stayed in a state of shock for a solid week. Thanks Kim, ya, its bad. I said I wont ever let them get another from me. One brave lil serama hen held her spot guarding her eggs . parts laying all around her just to get it the next night when I moved her to the big (and I thought safe) coop

I miss keeping live bearers. The stress of child care was too much on me. I used a turkey baster to suck them up and put them in a breeders net. . Everyone found them tasty, even their parents.

LOL It has been many years for me and sucks I missed the actual birth I took the mama out and they are just all over the place. Not trying to hide. I think I will just keep them there for a while. Its a 20 gal. L.
