Dorky Ducklings

OK...I am just sorry, but 10 day old Mallard and Rouen ducklings, getting big (especially the Rouen)....teeny, tiny wings? They just look dorky...but very, very cute. When do they start getting feathers in? My chicks are the same age and already flying out of the brooder. First time raising both...so is this normal? Pics to follow once I figure out why my camera isn't happy.

They start getting tail feathers first, around 10-14 days. By 4-5 weeks they should be 'fully' feathered, at least in looks.
