Dosage for Toltrazuril for Cocci?

Hi y'all, Hope you are still hanging out on backyardchickens. I have some Toltrazuril 2.5 percent, so should I just double the dosage? Thank you!
Yes, I believe you would just double the dosage.
The site below recommends 7mg/kg of body weight. A 2.5% solution at 7mg would be .28ml/kg of body weight.

http://www.poultrydvm.com/drugs/toltrazuril says 6-25mg/kg of body weight using a 5% solution, that would be.12ml/kg-.5ml/kg of body weight, repeat after 5 days.

This is the 2.5%

I have to disagree on Toltrazuril not being water soluble, the instructions on the bottle of 2.5% say to mix 2.0ml per liter of water and give for two days. That is 1.0ml of the 5.0% per liter for two days.
The bottle I have is a suspension. It's a thick liquid that has to be shaken really well because the medication settles on the bottom of the bottle. The manufacturer of my bottle says to give it orally, not in water.

@Flygirl1987, what product do you have?
