Dosage?- HELP! Updated question!

Okay, great! I'm using SafeGuard goat wormer right now because my chickens have never been wormed before. I'm supposed to have 4 ml of wormer per gallon for 3 days, and this is day 2. I don't want them to have a munch of medicines in their system, so how long after the worming is over should they get the Duramycin?

No, you aren't being rude! I didn't worm them then because one of my hens was growing her feathers back and I didn't want her feathers to grow back knarly.
